What Kissimmee farms offer
Visiting a pumpkin patch near Kissimmee
Farms around Kissimmee follow the same rhythm as the rest of Florida: gates open in the second half of September, the busiest weekends fall in mid-October, and most patches close within a few days of Halloween. Weekday mornings are consistently the quietest time to go.
Call ahead if it has rained recently. Field access and wagon rides are the first things a farm closes when the ground is soft, and that decision is usually made the morning of.
